Triangle Nutriarians Meetup Group
A nutriarian is a person that seeks foods that are high antioxidants, phytochemicals and many other micronutrients that are found mainly in vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, and seeds. This group was started by Steve Hoff. He started the meetup group so that other people can share the experiences that they've had since they started taking their health into their own hands with the encouragement and inspirations of Dr.Joel Fuhrman. Dr.Joel Fuhrman's philosophy for being healthy is by learning through books and to practice preparing meals based on nutrient density that taste delicious. Nutrient density means that foods are nutrient rich. You can contact this meetup group at http://www.trianglenutritarians.com/.
